I ran into Crystal Green at an Osaka JALT event last night and talk again about far fewer than 6 degrees of separation as her research is related to what a colleague of mine is working on with his PhD studies at Temple in Japan into teacher self-efficacy (Max Praver maxpraver@mac.com).

Getting into Crystal’s blog allowed me to come across yours and the details on
a) the Writing Innovation study that has some parallels with an investigation into genre-based writing and the use/support/mediation through ICT that I am working on with a Souken Grant from Konan University – now in our second year. Thanks for sharing.
b) your new job… Congratulations… What you finally thought the Rays have a good enough baseball team to do some damage in the American League East?
