  1. I just wanted to subscribe to support your website! You have some amazing posts here. I love reading about language. Reading about language and identity is interesting and I really would like to read more. As someone who is multilingual, I have noticed that people have identities depending on the language (and perhaps environment). An example i can think of is a long-distance friend of mine is a lil’ certified freak in English but formal, reserved, and tame in German. LOL. I couldn’t wrap my head around it. Perhaps the influence of the cultures–maybe he feels that is more acceptable in English speaking environments whereas in Germany he may be more prone to being called out. I don’t know. Anyway. Just wanted to support! Also, I love this font. It’s so cute.
